They used some weighting system, weighted for first, second and third choice.
Golden State 17 1st place votes, 35.0% overall New York Knicks 10, 26.4% LA Lakers 8, 19.1% LA Clippers 3, 8.5% The rest 0, 11.0%

There was a terrific piece a couple of weeks back from NBA Insider Chris Sheridan on - don't count the Sixers out I think he's done in GS. I go: Knicks Lakers Nets Clips Sixers.....

I wonder what Sac's cap situation is like
they're on the rise with lots of nice young stars
great atmosphere during the GS/Sac game the other night.
be awesome if KD pulled a curveball and went a few miles away in Cali to put the Kings on top to war with Warriors/Lakers/Clips

I bet he'd even make the Hawks contenders (top 4 in the East) Trae Young has surprised me this year. I wonder why nobody considers Orlando a destination since the Shaq/Penny days? All it would take would be one big star. Wouldn't you think players would want to play in Orlando like Miami?

Looking forward to the day when ESPN officially merges with the NBA Network and quits covering all these other lesser sports. 90% there already.

Knicks.
KD both loves & hates the spotlight, but wants it to himself. He'll not go 'save' the Sixers, he'll want to go to New York & prove the universe wrong somehow. Popular chatter seems to be the Clippers... they'd probably have to offer him some ownership share for that, which actually wouldn't even shock me.

I get this argument - and that's where I think he'll end up too - but I wouldn't count Brooklyn out since it's New York Just like the Clips since it's L.A.
