It depends on the movie and how big the plot hole is.

Honestly, I don't think they do. They're more frequent I think than ppl realize, & that'd be a lot of fuss for nothing if nitpicking bothered you that much. MCU timeline for example. Who gives a flying fcuk when Tony built his suit & when the Avengers first formed.

I don’t recognize them as much as what happens at the moment during a part in the film. I guess you could say I have short-term memory loss But no, I’m not too bothered by plot holes as long as they’re not massive.

No. If I'm already hating the movie, I might nitpick it out of sheer pettiness.

Only if the plot hole is big enough to drive a Mack Truck through.

I've noticed that most of the time when "plot holes" are complained about they turn out not to be plot holes at all or there are just some events that are unexplained and/or unimportant.

Many "plot holes" are nitpickery by chronic complainers who always feel that they could have made the movie better.

Depends. If the movie entertains then I don't care. But if it doesn't, and the plot hole is noticeable, watch out!

No, I'll even try to use my imagination to explain it away if possible. I don't think I'm nearly as critical of movies as others I've seen on the internet.

They don't happen too often so the few I do see are maddening.
And yes, I am saying a lot of things people call plotholes are nothing of the sort.

Personally I don't really care that much as it's not going to make or break a movie based on that.

Depends on the plot holes and the movie. If there's enough good things in the movie to make up for it I can usually overlook them. Some can be rather distracting even in good movies though. For instance why didn't Vader "sense" that Luke and Lei (he even spoke to her) were his children? Why did he not realize Luke was his son until the second one and Lei by the third? I understand Lucas never intended for Star Wars to have sequels and some clumsy writing came out because of that, but it is still kind of distracting.
