Mr. Know-it-all, how does one interpret the following (with my emphasis) from the New World Translation: If your “interpretation” is to ignore ridiculous passages like the above, who gets to select which passages to ignore? You? Me? Charles Taze Russell? Suppose I choose to ignore everything after, "In the beginning"? If the writer had a specific idea how his words should be understood, then he/she should have said exactly what he meant, not beat around the bush. And who is the writer? These are supposed to be quotes from Yahweh himself. Wow... You really are just a fucktard. Those verses are pretty self-explanatory Now, I figure... because you're such a fucking moron... your real question is why don't Christians follow these verses that pertain to the Old Testament... Why not? This discussion was all about who knows the Bible best and I nominated you! I agree with wintersuicide here (and dare I say I’m in agreement with The Herald Erjen too). You’re running the risk of turning all those who generally agree with your positions against you by doing things to antagonize them. If people don’t want to be tagged, you should respect that. He doesn’t have to have a reason for whybhe he doesn’t want to be tagged! If you respect him, you’ll comply. If you choose not to, then you’re just being an a—hole! Fair enough, although you can't as an observer be aware of the past history between us on this Board and currently on the Politics Board. There is clearly antagonism on both sides. Do I respect him? No, not after his behaviour on this Board, from which he ran with his tail between his legs. However it was his choice so I will in future respect that. In future I won't tag him just type his name when it comes up in conversation. Please also be aware that there are several people on this board who just do nothing butt antagonise me and I just totally ignore them without comment without using the ignore function. They are just not worth my time. They represent a fine array of arseholery! |

I am seriously NOT familiar with the term 'spoiling you of'. It has not come into my knowledge and sounds extremely clumsy grammar despite the meaning. Perhaps it is an Americanism? I don't speak American. I adapt mostly on here butt this term I could interpret two ways and I am unsure what it means....let alone 'spoiling you of for'! |
