Which of the two haunted house remakes from the same year was....better, for lack of a better word?
I feel like House on Haunted Hill was at least mildly enjoyable, the same can't be said for The Haunting.

HoHH is actually pretty decent. Can't deny Rush and Jansen aren't having fun, and it's probably the most amusing Chris Kattan has ever been.
The Haunting remake is pure sh*t.

The Haunting - 4/10
Neither are good but House is a little better.

HoHH was more fun. And the opening flashback of the prison riot is actually creepy. The scene with Billy Madison's teacher and the camcorder was also pretty creepy when I was a kid. |
