Gotta go with Jacksonville. It always seemed a bit random that they were there in the first place since FL has two teams already in bigger cities.

I'll say the Bills. I could see them being swayed by a city offering a stadium deal. Nah. If they didn't shuffle off when Ralph Wilson died, they will stay. Ownership is local and wants to keep the team here. I think Buffalo will get a new stadium soon. Been a lot of talk about a lakefront stadium.

No way the NFL takes football out of the capital.
I think the Bills are OK so long as a new stadium deal is worked out.
Jacksonville is the most likely candidate.
