I don't think they need to do anything except get healthy. I think they have a good team. They just have suffered bad injuries this year.

I’m a huge Falcons fan, and I agree with the OP, we have a very talented team, injuries just ruined our season : we lost our starting RB, both of our starting offensive guards, our star LB Jones, both of our safeties, all for the season, with a lot of other minor injuries as well. We should draft a strong D-Lineman in the first round as there will be a slew of them available and that is the position that we need to improve the most as we don’t have a strong pass rush, and defense should be our main focus in the draft. The Falcons are a very talented team and will be strong in 2019 IMO.

Here they have an awesome passer with limited targets. Third, get ready to be butthurt as the Saints come and play for a superbowl in their own stadium. |

I don't think they need to tear it down really but I do think they should at the very least look for a new offensive coordinator. I haven't been impressed with the Falcons offense since Kyle Shanahan left.
