I hate to say it but hopefully not go on a 3 game winning streak to finish the season. It's petty but I'd rather have a top 5 pick to take away the sting of a season derailed by injuries than 3 meaningless wins and drop 10 spots. They will probably beat the Cardinals and are capable of beating the cams and the bucs too.
Fire Sarkisian and convince Gary Kubiak to return to being an OC and hire him. Quinn desperately needs to make some smart choices on the coaching front (and other places too) but firing Sark only to replace him with say Paul Johnson or someone who's never coached an offensive position will be pointless. Unless the point is for DQ to get fired also.
Convince Arthur Blank employees don't have to be your friends. Artie seems to be the least ruthless billionaire ever. He believed Vick when Mikey said he wasn't involved in dog fighting because they were friends. I'm speculating but I think friendship is a reason he keeps Thomas Dimitrioff around. If Quinn can't get back on track next season I hope Artie doesn't get sentimental like he did with Mike Smith. That said both TD and DQ got 5 year extensions earlier this year.
Quinn's brotherhood thing doesn't seem to be working that great at the moment so maybe stop believing guys like Beasely (rated worst pass rusher in nfl) and Alford (rated worst DB) are going to ever give a shit and cut them. If Atlanta pays Beasely 12 million next season or even more insane give him a new contract I will lose faith in the entire organization. Rewarding guys who give their all like Julio or Matt Ryan or Grady Jarrett makes sense. Keeping guys around because Quinn's too stubborn to admit he missed doesn't.
As movieliker and Xeliou have pointed out, we're not close to panic mode and the biggest area of need is the strongest position in the draft. It would be nice to have a better offensive line too. I would settle for average as opposed to porous. Pass rush has to be addressed and not an undersized guy or project. Also no glamour position offensive guy just because he's there.

I don't know about all the rest. But I agree with this;

I don't know about all the rest. But I agree with this; You don't think Vic Beasley and Robert Alford should be released? Beasley is too complacent and Alford is awful.

I think they need to work on not giving up 25 point leads.

Here is what I never got. After the Julio catch, I hate when teams do this, and sure the kicker could miss, but give yourself a chance. Why did they stop running the fn ball?

If you are talking about the Super Bowl, that was just bad strategy. Atlanta had a good running game. They should have run the ball more, running the clock and keeping the ball away from Brady and the Patriots.

Why not run it, get closer, and give the kicker a shot to make it 31-20?
