Right now, I can't get Minnie Castevet out of my head.
I wonder what some of Minnie's platform issues would be? Whatever they were, you know she'd get the job done!
If she were to become the president, she'd likely have the Oval Office painted black.
Who's your fun, beloved movie character you'd like to see in office?

Not strictly a film character, but Josiah Bartlet is the first fictional character that springs to mind.

Christopher Plummer as Aristotle. Didn't say they had to be fictional.

James Marshall (Air Force One) - probably break Putin's neck and throw him out of a plane.
Jack Ryan (H4RO to JR:SR) - Come on, he's always right.
Bruce Wayne (Batman) - Surely a guy who dresses up as a bat is leader material?

There's never been any doubt in my mind that a president who could fly jet fighters and fend off extra terrestrial invasion should be our president. And it that doesn't do it for you, listen to this fucking speech.... shhhhhh.... listen....

OT:
I know you said "movie" characters, but I'd like to nominate Oprah IRL. Why not? She's exactly what we need now: The antithesis of Trump! He's male, she female he's white, she black he's conservative, she's liberal he's dumb, she's smart AND She's just as rich as he is, own's her own corporation like he does, and is just as media savvy.
And think of this... has she done anything that we'd be ashamed of having her as our president, representing us to other world leaders? Not really. Oprah is the antidote.
Ordinarily I would not endorse ANY celebrity for public office. Celebrities win because they are already known and popular and have enough money to keep their campaign afloat when others cant.
But in this case... why not? We ALREADY have a celebrity in office, so why not get one in that we like and will do a good job, as opposed to shitty one?
Just food for thought...
