Nice article about her dancing in West Side Story. She was chosen by Jerome Robbins who worked with her in King and I. But she was the least trained of all the Jets and Sharks , and her partner was George Chakiris, One of the smoothest show and ballet dancers on The set. She had to work very hard to get the precision Robbins required.
