Conventional Christmas music.
Perhaps it's because I've worked retail, but if I hear Jingle Bells or Holly Jolly Christmas, I go into an unjustified rage.
Carol of the Bells gets a pass.

Honestly, I would consider your rage justified. IF I go shopping in a regular retail environment, my iPod goes with me, ear buds under my hat, playing Classic Rock. |

The week and a half off work Christmas eve through after New Years. I always start a moderately complex home project that I think can be finished in 10 days but it ends up taking 2 months. Spiraling into a world of drinking and depression, while working on my project. Being alone New Years eve. Getting accustomed to complete disorganization and staying up until sunrise and sleeping until 4:00 p.m. by the end of the break.

I got a set of new tires in 1970 for my Dad's used 1963 Impala that I was allowed to drive. The only station I can get on my rural, broadcast TV hasn't shown any fart-themed kids toys, so I'm clueless, there... I've been seeing a constantly-repeating loop of charitable donation appeals. I have to mute the one from the ASPCA or I'll cry. |
