How will brexit affect Asian/Black Britons wanting to support their team in Europe?

I know there's been a lot of people getting Irish passports to get around the new travel restrictions, which never affected non EU citizens from invading borderless countries while pretending they faced persecution back home.  What about those non white citizens who were born in UK jurisdiction in the last 60 - 150 years, I read whites are free to travel but non whites are not.  Will they be turned away at airport border patrol check in like Mo Farrah was in the US....
