This discussion about about "sex" AND marriage... Not "your beliefs" AND Marriage...
The majority of people in the world expect that a married couples will have sex... No one in their right mind, would ever ban marriage to keep couples from having sex... because people who aren't married still have sex all the time, (which is what we are talking about here), and so that wouldn't stop it...
By you stating that you think "Marriage should be illegal", in the context of this discussion, implies that you either...
believe that people shouldn't be restricted to having sex with one person for the rest of their life... Or...
there is some other major reason, which has nothing to do with sex, that makes you think that marriage should be "illegal"...
And THAT's the better question.
I not going to continue this discussion with you, until you tell me what that reason is...
