Spoilers
So I finally saw the movie and once again my prediction was on point. it was fantastic. overall is a 8.5/10. best part of the film. a movie about spiderman. I remember thatguy/bud47 idiotic desperate attempts to say spiderman or xmen dont have worlds of their own and now there is only a cinematic universe where it is okay for iron man and his cast to hijack and ruin a spiderman movie. well the best part about spiderman was it was about spiderman and his world. there is no reference to any other marvel character. it is a world about spiderman. nice to see how rich his mythos are again after his ps4 game.
Villains.
Kingpin made a great villain as always and to think MCU disney thinks he is only good on Netflix. any mcu fan reading this. this is like xmen and spiderman tas again. where even their cartoons are more mature than mcu movies. sony can put kingpin on screen in a cartoon but mcu cant? what a joke, he was also a villain, you could understand his motives. apparently in a nut shell he lost his family and tried to bring them back through alternate realities...hence the name of the film. into the spiderverse.
the second main villain was Miles Morales uncle, the story was very sad and it broke me. I wont give anything further let me just say it is usually something most Brooklyn kids who are familar with the streets will experience. the theme was so heavy.
other villains was lady Octopus. I placed her 3rd as there was nothing much to her but still a good villain.
Heroes I was very sceptical of the film because for me spiderman will always be peter parker but did they make it work. peter in a supporting role. I liked a lot, he was a great mentor to miles, a human character. also liked how he was married to mary jane. though MJ does not do much, she plays the grieving wife
the other spidermans aka spider ham, spider gwen, asian girl spiderman made for an overall great cast.
And Aunt May was so bad ass in the film. I swear this is the best aunt may ever and she is old too.
Technicality overall in terms of technicality, this is perhaps the best animated feature I have seen in cinema, the artistry , the style, the direction, the animation, comic input, voice work, the colouring, the cinematography, music score everything was just beyond creative, stylistic, and well done. this is a higher level even beyond Pixar.
Everyone please go see it. it s a great spiderman movie , especially for those who complained homecoming is just a spiderman high school musical avenger fan boy flick. i think you will love into the spiderverse because it is just about spiderman's world. if you are familar with the spiderman tas episode where spiderman goes to an alternate dimension and meets 4 other spidermans, you will love this movie. its also one of my favourite episodes from TAS.
I will post the video.
one more spoilers: there is some call backs to spiderman 3 where peter is emo.
Once again we have another Marvel pretend upset. I call it pretend upset because mcu fans think mcu is the best thing about marvel when it is the worst.
when Marvel finally gets a movie that many people can proudly say is better than TDK. it was X-Men' Logan From fox
when marvel finally gets a great animation movie that we can say its better than DC ANIMATION. it is spiderman into the spiderverse's from sony.
Hm, see why we wanted to keep everything separate.

oh..how could I forget. Spiderman noir. best alternate spiderman for me in the film. I remember this specifically because I was thinking maybe some marvel movies will branch out to noir. after movies like logan and new mutants. maybe the noir world will be the next step for the genre. and before the mcu fans show ignorance in their awful thoughts that comics is about jokes and colours. yes. marvel had noir comics.Hm, we know disney will never make this awesome stuff. only fox could but the mantle now falls on sony.

I really enjoyed the movie too, but I prefer Homecoming. The visual style was incredible. It was one of the best movies, visually I have seen. I also loved the villains, but the movie was still like a 6.5/10. It honestly got a little boring towards the end. I was looking at my phone to see the time a few times and that is never good. The writing was okay. Overall though, I thought it was very well done.

it got boring towards the end? I doubt it. that was the part miles gets development.
this film is better than homecoming because this film is art. homecoming is a superficial co-operate product from the disney factory with no artistic credibility.

I really enjoyed the movie, I just found Homecoming more entertaining. I am not attacking the movie. I gave it a 6.5/10 and would be willing to round up to a 7 I guess. It was visually stunning and the villains were awesome. Still, the story kind of dragged near the end. My kids liked it, which is all that matters to me. You call that attacking though. I find it hilarious that you talk about MCU bias, yet if this were an MCU movie made exactly the same you would give it a 1/10 and say it was kiddie trash.

I don't agree with the critics that it's the best Spiderfilm, but it's close. It's definitely the most original and creatively executed. A marked improvement for a series that went more stale and repetitive with formula with each sequel.

A marked improvement for a series that went more stale and repetitive with formula with each sequel. its down to creativity, I was indeed blown away by the artistry of the movie. Even when they acted things in the comic books. one thing I will say was gwen looked more beautful than MJ which should not be but its all ok
story wise it is as good as you other dc animated movies like suicide squad , flash point and under the red hood or as good as the TAS episodes from the 90s marvel.
when you combine both, its excellent.
I think DC will soon follow suit. sadly it will never happen with mcu, they cant even get their tv cartoons right.
also the animation is accessible to anyone. for kids as much as for adults.

It was absolutely phenomenal. I'd consider it to be the second best Spider-Man movie as well.
I'd probably rank them:
Spider-Man 2 Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse Spider-Man Spider-Man: Homecoming Venom The Amazing Spider-Man Spider-Man 3 The Amazing Spider-Man 2

The irony in this post is that you're the one attacking the other poster for having a small disagreement with you but agreed with you on some other points. You're just a fucking immature child. You need to grow up, Nancy.

How did you come to the conclusion this movie occurred in the MCU? There was no indication anywhere in the film, and I don’t believe it’s even legally possible with their deal.
