Which do you prefer, horror movies or Batman? While Batman '89 is my favorite movie I still have to go with horror because there is simply more movies to offer. |

How old are you and what do you do for a living? I turned 30 in October. I worked in a car wash but had to quit. Currently unemployed for the time being. Almost got work at the Humane Society last week but that fell through. |

That said I meant in say strict terms being honest or being kind assuming kindness is not fake. Say there is an employee appraisal going on in a company. A boss is supposed to make a report on employee and he has two options. Option A is that be totally honest which might mean the employee may get sacked. Option 2 is to make a report which is slightly incorrect because the boss believes the employee is improving even if she was not perfect in the last period. The boss makes not a totally honest appraisal report because she is an optimist and actually believes that the employee will improve and serve the company well in the future. I am not talking about a situation in which employee totally sucked and the boss covered up for that. But a situation in which employee missed his targets only slightly but revealing that would have let to her sack. I do recognize though that in the long term honesty is very important. In fact the most important thing for a proper system. But kindness to deserving people can have its own merits.

What are your Christmas plans? Spending Christmas with my parents and brother. Basically having dinner and opening gifts. Also I most likely will see Its a Wonderful Life since I watch it every year. Probably will get dragged to church. My parents are dedicated Catholics. I am not at all religious. |
