Why am I posting this in the MCU board? Because it stars both Chris Hemsworth (hilariously called Agent H) and Tessa Thompson. Oh, and Liam Neeson is here too.

Eh. Eh? I’ll eventually see it I’m sure, and there’s definitely a target audience out there for it... but it doesn’t necessarily spark a strong emotion one way or another. Tessa’s plot seems just bizarre; she’s a conspiracy theorist who thinks she looks good in a suit so that makes her a proper agent candidate? At least with Will Smith they based it on his tenacity and physical ability... things that would be useful in the field

The trailer didn't really say why they wanted her but I'm guessing it has something to do with her being the first person in history to track down and find the MIB.

Well if the conspiracy is true in this movie universe, that means she's pretty smart.

Looks as bad as Black Panther. I’ll watch it if I’m bored in June 2019 🤷🏼♂️

I don’t know, I think it looks great.
It’s familiar, but different, hits the proper MIB beats, looks like a decent story, and didn’t try to be obnoxiously funny, going more for upbeat and enjoyable. Also, the cast is excellent.

Can’t say I’m desperate for a Men in Black movie without Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones

"Men In Black: International" doesn't really make that much sense. The MIB's purpose is to protect the entire planet. It's a secret organization that doesn't even answer to a branch of the government which means they don't answer to any nation in general. They answer to themselves.

Yeah no Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones = a rental at best.
