rumors swirling phils very interested in Dallas Keuchel but unwilling to meet his demands of 5 years....
do what they did with arrieta last year - just load up a 3 year deal....
i'm still predicting either Harper or Machado ends up here - these are businessmen - may be a ploy just to jack up the price even more.....
