I think that seals up his MVP award since Brees sat today. I don't think MVP awards should be based on statistics alone. They should be based on winning. So far, Brees is more of a winner than Mahomes. Ability to win big games in the clutch under pressure ---- Brees has Mahomes beat. Winning is a team stat. Brees has played terribly in multiple games this year. Mahomes has yet to play badly in a single game. Mahomes has only lost due to his defense failing him. Brees has relied on his defense for multiple wins.

Brees was very medicore for a stretch of 4 games from the Falcons game on Thanksgiving through the Saints next 3 road games, only returning to MVP form last week against the Steelers, Mahomes has been marvelous for the entire season. I would vote for Mahomes, he has better stats and has been more consistent, 5000 yards and 50 TD’s is amazing.

Chicago says fuck that, and just runs the ball down Minnesota's throat. Still have some time in this game. Just under 8 minutes and the Vikings are down by 10. Against this Bears defense that might as well be 20.

Idk who I want to get into the final NFC spot. I'd get some joy out of the Vikes missing it but I also dont want Philly to get it either. Neither gets far in the playoffs tho imo.

I know against the Rams, Mahomes threw an interception in his failed comeback. Brees is a leader that inspires his whole team. Mahomes does not inspire his team to victory in big games.

What more is he supposed to do to “inspire” his team to win? You throw 6 TDs in a game, you win 99% of those games and everyone is talking about what a great player and winner you are.

Kirk Cousins makes Tony Romo look like a combination of Tom Brady and David Ortiz. What a colossal waste of money he is.

You want to talk about statistics? Doesn't Patrick Mahomes lead the league in interceptions? It doesn't matter what your personal statistics are. If you cannot win games, you are not the most valuable player.

What a choking team the Vikings are. Like literally their entire history is nothing but choking. Skol this, motherfuckers. /cdn.vox-cdn.com/uploads/chorus_image/image/58405993/908527024.jpg.0.jpg)

Wow, that is a tremendous value to your team. Can't win championships with turnovers. Minnesota proved that on the 2009 NFC Championship game. No quarterback who throws interceptions should be MVP. Unless you win in the post season.

And the Vikings once again disappoint their fan base after teasing that they were coming back to being playoff contenders.

1:35 left in the game. Clevelands ball and they only need a 3 pointer to knock off the Ravens to give a playoff spot to the Steelers on a silver platter.

Every QB throws some picks, but Mahomes has had the best season overall and has made the most big plays.

Iffy catches in the Browns favor there. Ravens fans are going to be raging that the referees trolled Baltimore out of the playoffs.

That is your opinion. I disagree.
