News has been breaking in the hour that Dirk Koetter's been "relieved of duties" by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He finishes with a 19-29 record following a tough 3 seasons down in Florida.

Reports say Gregg Williams is out in Cleveland. Who would have thought that that would be probably the most coveted coaching opportunity?

Reports say Gregg Williams is out in Cleveland. Who would have thought that that would be probably the most coveted coaching opportunity? Do you know if he'll be offered the chance to go back to being defensive coordinator or do the reports suggest a clean break? I'm guessing a new head coach might want his own coordinators.
Having suffered for so long under Hue Jackson, as a Browns fan, I really appreciate Gregg Williams' efforts this season and wish him luck wherever he lands. He's left fans feeling optimistic going in to the new year and his Browns almost took out the Ravens tonight in Maryland.

Not sure, can't tell from anything I've seen so far, but I imagine if the new GM names a new head coach, they'll probably want their own DC.

If Denver doesn't fire their coach then Elway needs to be fired. He probably should be fired anyway.

If Oakland has any sense, they should eat the trillion dollars they are paying Gruden and Fire his ass. He ruined the team, trading away two good players for low firsts. And he drives out Derek Carr he really is a moron. Ask Buffalo and Cleveland fans how tough is can be to find a quality QB.
Unless the front office decide to completely tear down the team and rebuild it for Vegas. Then they are all idiots

Wonder of Adam Gase keeps his job in Miami. I've heard speculations about his job being on the line but nothing more than that.

Steve Wilks, Cardinals - fired
Not surprising, but I feel for the guy. I always think coaches need to be given time. Not Marvin Lewis time, but time. Unless it’s just a complete disaster like Ben McAdoo.
The new coach needs to be an offensive guy - developing Rosen is paramount.

It's really hard to turn a shitty team into a good one in a single season specifically in a season in which you are playing a rookie QB. I think new coaches should get about 3 years to show an improvement. That is of course unless it's clearly just a really shitty job being done or there is a ton of drama going around that's causing distractions. I always felt bad for the Browns coaches because they seemingly kept getting fired after 1 season only for the Browns then to stick with Hue for a few years? Made no sense how they've treated coaches over the years.
