I am trying to turn over a new leaf Deb. I am cutting out the snacks!  I went way overboard on Halloween and the holidays and have super high cholesterol. Though I did have an ice cream sandwich tonight so that's sorta chocolate I don't have to worry about easter though, but hallaween is killer Okay. Well, I suppose that is good to hear Jayman especially since it concerns your health 'cause that comes first and foremost and I wish you good luck with that and my best advice for you would be to focus on eating a lot of healthy foods like fruits and veggies and there are a lot of delicious fruits and veggies you can have instead of things like chocolates and do you like grapes, mangoes, bananas and watermelon? Those are some of my favourite fruits and I love veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, squash, corn, mushrooms and sweet potatoes too. I don't think you have to worry too much about having one small treat for yourself every now and then as long as you don't have too many and you eat healthy foods.

I don't really eat foods that are that terrible. I have been getting a lot of those bell peppers. I like those. I think I'll be fine in about 6 months. Once I lose like 10 or 12 lbs. I'll be back at the weight I used to be which is the weight I should be. Plus it'll be t shirt weather coming in a few months and I don't want my shirts to fit tight on me. I don't want to be in a situation where X-large is too tight but XX-large is way too big. That would be bad  . But I was never really a big vegetable person, but I think the peppers is my best bet for now. My favorite fruit would be grapes but once I start on those I don't stop so I'd end up gaining weight on those  . But I don't really deprive myself all that much. Sundays is usually Chinese so that's the day that packs the most punch meal-wise
