Can anyone identify a bad 1980s movie I once saw which featured a teen character who wore a top hat during the whole movie?
There was one scene in which he and another kid were trying to spring their friend out of an insane asylum. He created a diversion by crumpling his hat so it was on crooked, sliding down a hallway on his knees, into the arms of a couple of social workers, and saying "mommy." They took him away and so the other kid and the friend were able to escape.
I guess I just need to know exactly what I want to avoid ever seeing again...
