It was a fortnight of some truly freakish results, and we all suffered in games we thought were nail-ons, although there were one or two cracking against-the-grain forecasts. We're back to normality on Saturday 12th Jan - Monday 14th. Out of the madness of the festive fixtures emerged a new clear leader in Dr Krippen who has carved out a five point lead over his nearest competitor, Father Jack. La Fong, for all his pre-Christmas celebratory flag-waving, has slipped from joint 1st to 3rd (sorry Captain, couldn't resist - you'll be back) while movers include Tunaman, Sandgrownun and Furious. It's telling that nobody managed an 8 or above with only four players achieving a seven. Below the main table is a brief summary of each player's round-by-round scores. AJ is in charge next week (thank god) I'm not sure what's happening with Eggwhite. He was awarded his season's ration of two rounds' default points. Cobalt unfortunately scored a total zero having used up his ration quite some time ago. On second thought, the code is so simple that it reminds me of the code on cycle locks that kids used to put or the codes which not so tech savvy people put to open their mobiles. But it may be that you have selected that code as a double agent because you want to appear so naive that people don't doubt you as a double agent for a second! |

It also looks like those American phone numbers which have words alongside the numbers. In fact, the way stags displayed the scores, everyone's does! (I will post my predictions at some point) |
