Don't tweet while on Ambien, apparently. But in all seriousness, she probably does have some mental issues.

Lew Ayres's career was hurt when he became a Conscientious Objector during WW2. Reminds me of that Mel Gibson movie with Spider-Man refusing to carry a rifle. It is difficult to explain, especially in that era, you refusing to take the fight to an enemy like Nazi Germany or Imperial Japan.

Larry Parks, nowdays maybe best known for having played Al Jolson in two biopic movies. Elia Kazan also testified before HUAC but his career didn't end. I remember when he was given an honorary Oscar and the divided reaction in the audience, such as Nick Nolte refusing to stand up and applaud.

I remember when he was given an honorary Oscar and the divided reaction in the audience, such as Nick Nolte refusing to stand up and applaud. I remember that. Though not making as memorable movies as Kazan, Edward Dmytryk I think did the same after a short stay in Britain, and he was suddenly making A-budget movies.

Well most actors during the blacklist era of the 1950s. Zero Mostel and Jeff Corey were two notable exceptions.
