I would say Galactus, but he may or may not be tied up in Fox/Disney legislation purgatory. Also, I barely feel like there will be a Guardians 3.

Since IW came out, I thought it should take place between GotG2 and IW. There is a lot of time for misadventures in that space. That allows for the whole group to be there, too.
