If you had to choose between Jumanji Vs Zathura, what would you rewatch?

Jumanji. It's a classic 90's movie.

Jumanji is a masterpiece compared to Zathura.
If you can't tell, I dislike Zathura quite a bit.

Even with it's warts (and it has a few), Jumanji is vastly superior to Zathura...Might boil down to the casting...Jumanji nailed the casting all down the line, unlike Zathura, where everybody is just plain annoying...

the heart of Jumanji was Robin Williams, and he was supported by a decent to good cast. Zathura's heart is Dax Shepard......and it doesn't have a strong cast in general.
but Zathura isn't terrible, but it's also not very good. It's pretty to look at, and probably enjoyable at a younger age, but nothing really comes together, it's a Favreau film lacking a an emotional anchor.

I like Zathura more.
I thought Jumanji was overrated and Zathura, with its similar theme, was underrated.
Neither of them need to be remade.

I think the heart of Zathura is the brothers although Dax does play the Williams role.
