No I haven't. But what does that have to do with my question? That area isn't the whole of NY, America or the world in general. Sigh. Your question asked if all the teens live in Mott Haven Bronx. They might has well all live there. It seems like they all migrate from everywhere in the world to this area. Don't go there. They'd eat you alive. I've never once heard a teen other than one of my incarcerated students speak about the area.

15 would be the earliest. I mean really... wtf do you know about dating before that? You were probably still playing with Pokémon before that. Kids are too in a rush to grow up.
I knew of a girl who had boyfriends when she was 13. What?! WTF does she know about romance at 13?! Generalizing, she doesn't! It is about the attention only that she gets from boys. While girls can be more mature than boys at that age, that doesn't account for much life experience in partnership relationships, unless they are trampy flirts. Such 13yr old girls though, their looks and intelligence may belie their true age and many may tell lies about how old they really are. The girl you are referring to, were her boyfriends in the same grade?

I'm a homo and had 3 gf's when I was a kid. One up until I was 7 until we moved away and she was devastated and the other until I was around 11. I then had another gf around 12 and she was the baddest girl in school who had to be taught in her own class and would beat me up sometimes. She asked me if I would marry her, because her mother said I could.  |

It was probably important for her to have a boyfriend at any stage of her life if she had a needy nature. Placing importance and reverence on boys can appear somewhat shallow, but that is just the nature of the female beast. Pubescent boys would do the same towards girls and many boys like to be seen as having a gf for sex.

I'm a homo... You could have stopped right there. After that all those relationships were doomed. Sex with my ladies was never that important to me at such a young and tender age. I just had to keep my roving eye under strict control.  We did like to play show me yours and I'll show you mine occasionally though. I perhaps wondered why theirs had been snapped off, so no, you can't touch it!
