"WHAT YOU'RE HIRED FOR, is to help us... does that seem clear to you? TO HELP US, not to... FUCK US UP... to help those who are going out there to try to earn a living... You fairy. You company man." - Glengarry Glen Ross
"Why am I getting all excited about it? Because you're gonna get us all fucking pinched, that's why! What are you, stupid? What's the matter with you? What's the matter with you?" - Goodfellas

Baldwin chews out Harris pretty good too. And I think Lemmon and Spacey chew each other out as well. Good movie.

"And to answer your question, pal, why am I here? I came here because Mitch and Murray asked me to. They asked me for a favor. I said the real favor, follow my advice and fire your fucking ass, because a loser is a loser."

Gunnery Sergeant Hartman chewing out Private Pyle after finding a jelly donut in his foot locker in "Full Metal Jacket". Totally humiliating. NOTE: I was in the military during the Vietnam war. Humiliation was a common tactic used by drill instructors in boot camp, then as it probably is today.

Sweet Smell of Success (1957) had a pretty intense one where Burt Lancaster's character is put in his place.

Made all the better because apparently a good portion of said dialog was stuff R. Lee Ermey came up with himself. He was so good they re-cast the role with him even though they had another guy already.

Well Ermey was an actual drill instructor, so there was a strong authenticity to his performance.

The Empire Strikes Back: "You have failed me for the last time admiral. Captain Piett, make ready to land our troops beyond their energy field, and deploy the fleet, so that nothing gets off the system. You are in command now... Admiral Piett!"

Changing Lanes: Sydney Pollack chews out Ben Affleck for losing that legal document. That was an incredible piece of acting by Pollack in that scene. You can just feel his seething anger.
48 Hrs: Nick Nolte is chewed out in front of everybody in the police station. His superior is yelling at him at the top of his lungs..."THIS IS IT FOR YOU; SUSPENSION, REVIEW BOARD, YOU'VE HAD IT!!"

Well Ermey was an actual drill instructor, so there was a strong authenticity to his performance. That's right.
