Batman Forever - When Harvey goes to flip his coin, Batman thankfully has a dozen coins ready to toss up in the air. Superman: The Movie - Maybe the most notorious.

Commando: It's very convenient that the stewardess whom Matrix kidnaps just happens to be a pilot, so she can easily fly him to the island where his daughter is held hostage. She even has some in-depth knowledge of that area.

Speaking of Batman, I just find it funny, for Batman & Robin in particular, how Batman and Robin have gadgets for every situation even if they don't know they're going to need them. For example, they need to skate on ice on the ground? Just click their heels and they have ice skates ready to go. They need to blow up something? They have a bomb all ready to go to use. They need to climb up a wall? They have grappling hooks ready to go.

Speaking more generally, anytime a character just shows up at the location they're supposed to be at is a moment of convenience. The world is a large place and it takes a many hours to plan, pay for, and actually take a plane flight to the other side of the world.
So many movies have moments of convenience like these, but they use film language so subtly that we don't even think about it anymore.
How about when the good guy kills a person and hides the body and no one finds it? Or the gadget the super spy has fits just the dangerous situation he's in? Or when our hero gets shot for the fifth time and survives, but the slew of minions he shot once each are all dead? Or when someone is being held at gunpoint in a headlock but they do nothing to get out of it even though their hands are free?
There's tons of things like that in movies. Without them very few movies could actually proceed story wise!

The tyrannosaur showing up at the end of Jurassic Park to grab the raptor in mid-air, especially without either raptor noticing the arrival.

Well all know of the classic one where our main character knocks out a person and puts on their uniform and it perfectly fits. At least Raiders of the Lost Ark has some fun with this.

You're forgetting about the human characters not seeing or even hearing the T-Rex somehow. Deus Rex Machina. I know but I can expect them to be dumb (and they did react before the raptors did). Raptors supposedly were highly attuned to environment and one of them was positioned way off. Most likely would have vocalized a warning as soon as the t-rex's head popped through one of the entrances, assuming none of them "heard" the t-rex's impact tremors!
The wow of the FX effectively masked this issue for years--since having the t-rex reappear was more cool than any story sense.

On Her Majesty's Secret Service. Just re-watched. The baddies skiing downhill to the barn in the morning to catch Bond & Tracy. Jump to them not there, yet out skiing themselves downhill from a giant alp peak. If there's skiing in this movie, it's downhill all the time. Mountains everywhere, & ppl magically able to start from the top.

The Lincoln Continental in The French Connection was taken apart, right down to the rocker panels. It was put back together in less than half an hour.
