A Quiet Place is way better, but Bird Box is pretty good.

Bird Box by a hair, but I really enjoyed both. I may be biased though because I love Sandra Bullock. I also liked Bird Box's ending a bit more.

What they both have in common is that they happen to be silly films featuring a great performance from their female stars (Blunt and Bullock). And both women happen to be pregnant in their films.
A Quiet Place has a really good denouement. Bird Box was scarier and made me jump more. So I would choose Bird Box.

A Quiet Place. It is genuinely a great film in a number of different aspects; Bird Box is an entertaining popcorn flick at best.
