Don't know how you's catogorize it, but my favorite sports movie is the original 'Bad News Bears'.
Also like 'Somebody Up There Likes Me', 'Rocky', 'Major League', 'The Harder They Fall', the original 'Longest Yard' and 'Raging Bull'
