CATS AND DOGS PART 2: THE REVENGE OF KITTY GALORE (2010)

The best part of CATS AND DOGS was the voice acting. The voice acting in CATS AND DOGS PART 2: THE REVENGE OF KITTY GALORE is bad, while Chris O'Donnell's performance is bland. The soundtrack has a lot of good covers, but the plot and characters are boring and there's an over-reliance on pop culture references. That wouldn’t be so bad if those references were funny. This sequel was made 9 years later and it's budget was higher, so why are the visual effects worse?!
