skeleton crew by King - I have a low attention span - which is why I stick to psalms and proverbs in the bible That's King's best collection of short stories IMO. I'm currently reading Bubba and the Cosmic Blood-Suckers by Joe R. Lansdale i've heard horrible reviews about that book dude. i own 'Bubba' - give it a watch every couple of years. wasn't a sequel in place - i.e. paul giamatti (spelling?) was on board at one point? been going on for years.

Listen, tell me I can't do better than this in my sleep:
"He grabbed her. She could feel his fingers pressin' into her moist flesh. Her heart was poundin', her loins on fire. As he spun her around, her dress rippin' open..." You know how many times I've experienced that?....

It's only the second Joe Lansdale book I've read and I liked the first one a lot. I also am a big fan Of Bubba Ho Tep the movie so it seemed like a easy choice. It's kind of crappy. It's barely 200 page and some of the chapters are a 2 sentence paragraph. Luckily its a library book so I only have borrowers remorse. Maybe I'll check some reviews first next time. Not sure about a Bubba sequel. Without Bruce Campbell whats the point?

I'm reading a great James Patterson book on Aaron Hernandez. Man, this guy was a total douche. And stupid on top. Had the world at his feet but being a thug was just too important to him. We got a lot about Fillmore in school. We learned about Presidents who were off the beaten path. Fillmore, because he was from Buffalo. Grover Cleveland, Mayor of Buffalo. William McKinley, whacked in Buffalo. Who needs Jefferson and Lincoln.
