That's Mickey Rourke as Capt. Stanley White in "Year of the Dragon", but as it's the only Mickey Rourke movie I've see I've no idea of the other one.

Unbelievable! I've seen a bunch of Mickey's early films but not this one. I still can't recognize him in that second picture. He was a handsome guy (Johnny Handsome!). I can't believe how far his cosmetic train went off the tracks.
