What are you using to measure artistry?
How do you define artistry?

There's a plethora of character development for characters like Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor. The MCU excels in attention to detail and continuity, but it's not always perfect. The films regularly tackle sociopolitical themes like the military-industrial complex, government surveillance, oversight of superhero activity, and racial politics.

The characterization and personalities of the characters is art unequaled by any other cbm studio.

The characterization and personalities of the characters is art unequaled by any other cbm studio. I would agree with this. But visually, I'm still waiting for beautiful cinematography. They have the characters down. I just want them to make me weep at the sheer beauty on screen. I don't know what's holding them back. There have been a few instances, like Frigga's funeral and the Wakanda river song, but the MCU's schtick seems to be that they're trying to make their movies very personal and closer to the user. So you don't really get a lot of epic scenery shots. That's more DC's trademark.
