Are there any films which were intended as comedies, but whose biggest laughs come from aspects of the film that weren't meant to be funny?
The closest I can think of is a 1940s drama-comedy film called The Big Blockade. Its comedy scenes are unfunny and its dramatic scenes are hilarious.
Are there any other unintentionally hilarious intentional comedies?

This is easy....by far, The Room.
"I did not hit her...I did naawwwtt....O hi..."
The flower scene..wtf was that? Did they have one take and say,"alright that's good."
The kid was a dang creeper.
"Omg, what are you doing...no...please...stop...no" Everytime and he ended up banging the main characters gf anyways.
Do they know the rules of football?
I can go on and on but this is pure comedy gold.
