Who do you think on the international film stage could be a success in Hollywood?
As an example, Alice Braga is from Sao Paolo, the most populous city in Brazil. She found success through her work in films like 'City Of God' (2002), 'Lower City' (2005) and 'Only God Knows' (2006). Hollywood came calling when she was 23 and now she enjoys a successful career in America.

Jing Wu already has a wildly successful career as an action star in China. Seeing him in a Hollywood film would be cool.

I'm not sure if this is exactly what you meant, petrolino, but German actress Karoline Herfurth is someone who I've seen in quite a few things and I think she's more than proved her acting abilities in the parts I've seen her portray. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Karoline_HerfurthShe's also shown she's willing to undergo major makeovers (or is that 'makeunders') for roles, like she did in We Are The Night (2010). I keep hoping to see her score a major role in some wildly successful movie. So far she's been in quite a lot of stuff, but I'm not sure she's that 'well known' yet. Hopefully that will change and she'll find major success, as I think she deserves to. www.discovergermany.com/?features=karoline-herfurth-acting-heart

Joachim Fuchsberger is one of the most famous German actors of the 60s but I don't think he did any US films at all.
Going Hollywood means "lots of money and media exposure, lack of creative freedom."

I think Dutch actress Carolien Spoor could do well in Hollywood if she made the move. Sallie Harmsen recently acted in Denis Villeneuve's science-fiction sequel 'Blade Runner 2049' (2017); Spoor worked with Harmsen on Paul Verhoeven's 'Tricked' (2012). I like Spoor's work in the horror movies 'Claustrofobia' (2011) and 'Sneekweek' (2016). She's been in the business from an early age - she appeared in the Oscar-winning short film 'Antonia's Line' (1995) as a child. Casting agents should consider giving her agent a call, especially if a horror role's on offer.

She's currently filming 'Bergman Island' (scheduled for 2019) with Greta Gerwig, John Turturro and Mia Wasikowska. New project for French filmmaker Mia Hansen-Løve.
Vicky Krieps has definitely gone international so I imagine there's every chance Hollywood will come calling.

Another German actress who I feel deserves to make it 'big' in Hollywood is Antje Traue. She believably kicked butt in the Sci-Fi movie Pandorum (2009), and I often see her portrayal of Faora in Man of Steel (2013) praised - which I think is completely deserved, considering her performance/character was the only thing I liked about that movie. I hope she gets more major roles.

Big fan of 'Pandorum' (2009) right here. Bought the dvd and it plays on the SyFy Channel. Might have to check out 'Seventh Son' (2014) now, looks interesting.

I listed her simply because while shes getting in other roles shes still unknown to audiences as well.

I had to look her up. Didn't recognise her by name but then I recognised her from 'The Phantom Thread'.
