...whose posts are "moved" to other boards by IMDb? Just the other day my post on Jimmy Stewart and Henry Fonda was "moved" to the Politics board--which already has over 2000 pages!
There have been previous posts of mine that have also been "moved". I like posting on the Classic Film board because I think I have friends here.
Has anyone else experienced this?
BTW, I saw that there is a Games board. So--why aren't Matt's Garth Games "moved" there? No offense intended, Matt.

none taken, Snsurone.
I used to put a few games over on the Trivia and Games Board last year.
The regular players did travel over there.
But it did not attract any new ones.
So I settled in here permanently.
More fun over here anyway.
And the canapes served during the contests by the Classics Board catering service are terrific.

I understand, Matt, but the point is that IMDb did not involuntarily "move" your games to the other board. I think that I deserve the same consideration; don't you?
I wish there was some way to notify IMDb to express my displeasure!

Where can I find that, Fox?
This new format is soon moving into its third year, and there are some aspects that I still cannot understand!
EDIT: There was just a message from "Admin." saying that it's not IMDb, but that some posts are moved "for various reasons". I don't buy that, since it's been only MY posts that have been moved! I don't want to sound paranoid, but I can't help but question that lame message.

You can take it further, by "quoting" them and asking why or for further clarification. Or you could repost it in Suggestion Box which is checked reasonably regularly by Admin. However I got the feeling they didn't want to take it any further, so proceed at your own risk.

Well, at least I'm contented that you took my complaint seriously! In the future, I'll try to remember to head such threads with "OT:".

Y'know, it's kinda creepy that Administration monitors all our posts. Reminds me of "Big Brother" in the Orwell classic "1984".
BTW, was that novel ever filmed?

There are over 2 million posts on this board in 150k threads. Surely you don't think I read all of them. As a matter of fact, I don't read much of anything here unless it's reported or I'm tagged. Even if I did "monitor all posts" here, what do you care? If you have something to hide, perhaps you shouldn't publicize it.
