Nor, have I. Pizza is the extent of what I'll order. I don't know why that is ... perhaps, it's that pizza delivery is kind of an institution. I don't mind picking up food "to go," if I know the quality of what any given restaurant is. But, I don't want to just order "on spec."

Last thing foodwise I had delivered was about 12-15 years ago. Pizza for son's party.

But it's so easy and convenient. I don't do it that often and I like when it's free and you ONLY have to tip the driver (deliverer). How much do you tip? VERY EASY! IF the price including tax is between FREE or $0.00 (NEVER WOULD HAPPEN) and $10.00, I'd tip $2 + round UP to the nearest full dollar amount. $10.01 - $20.00 = $3 + round UP to the nearest full dollar amount. $20.01 - $30.00 = $4 + round UP to the nearest full dollar amount. And so on...
ANY tip LESS than $2 and YOU'RE A CHEAPSKATE!!

Indirectly. My roommate works for GrubHub, and a couple of times he's given me cancelled orders.
