A very good game where Hearts were probably on top and created a few openings before a double one-two between Sinclair and Roberts resulted in two great goals by Sinclair. Hearts were still getting plenty of the ball but flatteried to deceive in the last third of the pitch. The proximity of the pitch to the spectators has always been an invitation to trouble here, viz-a-viz the attack on Neil Lennon by a fan a few seasons ago and it almost happened again when some fans tried to provoke Lustig, throwing the ball at him rather than to him. He wisely walked away but there hostility there and it showed on the pitch as Hearts, frustrated at not being able to make more of their possession started swinging a few boots about. Sinclair made his debut here and scored then and he looks hungry for more.

62 minutes game over. Two more superb goals from Armstrong and Roberts finish it and there could be more.

Champagne performance, even allowing for the number of times Brown gave away possession in midfield. He looks a little tired. Even without Dembele the forward line was lethal with Roberts and Sinclair always likely to conjure up something magical from nothing and Lt. Armstrong conducting all from midfield.
Player of the year is going to be interesting with Dembele, Sinclair (my pic), Armstrong, and Tierney being strong contenders and Boyata deserves a mention.

Congratulations to Celtic.
I said several times on the old forum before Brendan Rogers was appointed that he would be a far better choice for Celtic. I think that view has been vindicated now when you look at the direction David Moyes career is heading?
That said, I would like to see it get a bit closer, it will make the league a farce if this continues indefinitely, but things can change very quickly in football..

The leagues already been a farce for decades.

Do Celtic fans seriously celebrate these hollow titles?

The title was decided in 2012 when Rangers were kicked out of the SPL.
