Only been arrested once, driving back to Rhode island from Philly after a Grateful Dead show back in the day. My buddy was speeding, cop pulled us over, smelled weed, saw Dead bumper stickers, searched us and found hash, mushrooms, and weed. Luckily for us, it was in New York state and their drug laws were more lenient. All we had to do was spend a night in jail, go back for a court date, and paid a fine.
If we had been busted in Connecticut or Rhode Island back then with those drugs, we could have been in big trouble.
I'll tell ya what, that acid trip I was on came to a sudden halt when those cuffs were slapped on me. Major bummer, dude.

When Victoria police scared me to deathIt was early morning and I just woke up and took shower and came back to my room on the 1st floor. I looked out of the window and saw some 8 or 9 policemen in the backyard of the townhouse in which I lived as a tenant. Some were standing on the neighbour's wall and some had jumped inside the backyard garden of the house where I lived. It was the first time in my life that I ever had police show up at a place where I lived. I could see out of the window glass but they couldn’t look at me from outside. Initially, I was a bit confused as to what brought the police. My initial thought was to find my landlord who lived in the room beside my room. He wasn't there and neither was the Italian single mom who lived opposite my room. So I was all alone. Now I started imagining things. Perhaps my landlord has been murdered or something. In any case, I finally decided to go and meet the police. I pretended that I had not seen them and was not expecting them and just casually walked into the backyard. Thankfully, they didn't ask me to raise my arms. They were quite a few in number so it was still frightening. One of them said to me we have a search warrant for your house. I said I am just a tenant here but what happened? Why do you want to search the house? They said there were illegal plants in the backyard garden. Damn....I felt disgusted that my landlord had not told me about those but I was relieved that I had nothing to do with it so I won't be in any trouble. They asked me for my landlord's contact number and I immediately gave them. He was a landscape artist anyway so police almost knew that it was his plant. Finally, the police started searching the house. Thankfully, they didn't tear anything in my room. When my landlord returned he was arrested but got out on bail the same day. He said that the plants they seized were worth about 6000$ and he also had to give money to a lawyer. The police asked me to give them a written declaration that I had nothing to do with the plants. They said if I wouldn't my landlord may later claim that those plants were not his but mine. The police asked me to visit them but I told them I don't have any car so it will be very convenient if they could come to my university library to get the letter. They were really nice people and they did, in fact, came to my library to get that written declaration by me. But for a few moments, I was scared to death that day. Interestingly, those plants are possible legal in Canberra but illegal in Victoria. weststigersbob, hoskotafe3

I got arrested for using a fake ID (just a few weeks before my 21st birthday) at a restaurant in Pensacola Beach, FL, trying to get a beer with my burger for lunch. What made it more absurd was that part of my probation was that I had to attend 10 hours of court-mandated addiction therapy. Such a stupid, arbitrary waste of everyone's time. Just charge me a fine and let me be on my merry way like a normal place.

The only thing that comes even close to being arrested was the time I landed in Taiwan without a visa and had to spend the night in a locked room in the airport before being deported to Hong Kong in the morning.
Other than that, my only interactions with law enforcement were for a handful of minor traffic violations. Oh, and the one time at Los Angeles airport when Delta Airlines screwed me, I raised my voice, and the agent called the airport cops on me.

GBH... not guilty, lack of evidence. Did you do it? Do what exactly? I was arrested, held, and eventually released with no case to answer. Are you implying I might have been guilty of a crime? That's slander that is 🤔

Beating up DC-Fan with a bunch of Patriots fans outside of a gay bar. He thinks it was because he hates Brady, but really it's just because he sucks.
