On the contrary, the fact that no teams since the 1971 Cowboys and 1972 Dolphins have been able to win a Super Bowl the year after losing means that it's very uncommon and thus less likely that it will happen again. Well then, it will be even MORE impressive when it happens! That's like saying it'll be impressive when someone breaks Joe DiMaggio's 56-game hitting streak or it'll be impressive when another NFL team goes undefeated and wins the Super Bowl. Except that hasn't happened since DiMaggio had his 56-game hitting streak and since the 1972 Dolphins went undefeated. Some achievements are just rare and will never happen again. |
