I wish all movies had intermission. I hate when I can’t help but use the restroom and end up missing like 3-6 minutes of who knows what. All Bollywood movies have an intermission and it’s so nice to be able to just wait until then to grab more snacks or anything else and not miss a thing. I went with one of my best friends to watch Blade Runner 2049. It was my second time seeing it and his first, so I know when the moments to go are (rare). I felt so badly for him, he got up and ran out because he just had no choice but the second he got up, so began the scene where it was explained everything with the memory maker and he wasn't actually the real child. I felt so badly for my friend when he got back. No getting around it, he had to go, but he missed like the biggest exposition scene in the movie. I haven’t seen that movie but it sounds like a real bummer time to leave the theater. What sucks is you won’t truly know what you missed until the second time you see it.

I thought it was safe cause it was like a year ago. Super sorry man. That was clumsy and stupid of me. My apologies.

I only read it once and have since forgotten what exactly you said lol. So I’m safe!

It may not be a bad thing to experiment with, especially with 3 hour long films. Hell I wish Lord of the rings had the option. Wait, you didn't get intermissions during the LoTR movies?
Intermissions are standard here when a movie is that long.
Nope. You either had to get up and use the restroom and miss some of the film or hold it until the film was over. It should definitely be an option for theaters and I never understood why most of them never do it.

I saw Return of the King twice in the theater. The first time they provided an intermission right before the scene of Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli taking the Path of the Dead. Second time they just played the film straight through.

Nope. You either had to get up and use the restroom and miss some of the film or hold it until the film was over. Just pee in a cup. Or just shove your turds in a pillow.

Endgame Could Feature An IntermissionAn intermission in the middle of a movie at a theater? WTF? The only time I've ever seen a movie at a theater with an intermission was Gandhi in 1982. This is news to you? It’s been done since the beginning of cinema. Try harder next time.

Further proof that this guy does not go to theatres as one should.
