Hands down the CW Arrow imdb board Yeah. Definitely the 'Arrow' board. Aside from some of the crazy Olicity fans who were threatening to come after us with forks on private messages after they temporarily broke Oliver and Felicity up in Season 5 we had a lot of fun times there and there were many great members too - some like yourself who have come over to the IMDB2 boards.

No particular favorites for me. I just really enjoyed all of the individual movie boards and actor/actress boards.

The soapbox was more fun but for reasons of masochism I left for the politics board when it started in 2007.

Too much real life stuff. There was a lot of boards like that though. I would quote a movie and people would take it literally. I think what I liked about TV show boards is you could quote the show and people would get it instantly. Like the Simpsons

stop embarrassing me Mum ;-) Oh. Don't make out you don't love it Bizzy. I know you still think of the times when I was your forum girlfriend. Hey, did you ever hear from Jay again? That is one guy that disappeared off the face of the planet around 2 years ago and you and him seemed like you were close friends. It is a shame he didn't make the move here 'cause he was the life of the old Arrow board and got everybody talking. He would have been a great addition here.

He just kinda left like you said. Last thing I heard, could have even been from you that he was having issues with his girlfriend. Hopefully he'll return some day, just like Austra. You remember Austra don't you? Apparently he had some issues too and just abruptly left like Jay without a word. I hope they're both in a great place. Sometimes life is that way, it throws curve balls at you

He was and I think it might have been me you heard that from 'cause I remember it was sometime in June right before June which was the last time I heard from him and he mentioned going through some problems and not having as much time to write on forums as he used to and one day he randomly left. I heard he was on the Facebook messaging group and another member who would be great here was Whodat and do you still talk to them Biz? I haven't seen them since we were on Lith's forum and wish I had sent Whodat a private message and told them about this board. Of course I still remember Austra and he was on the 'Arrow' board on here when Admin first created it in 2017 and wrote quite a few posts at one point but I haven't seen him since early last year. Hopefully they are all in good places now and we will see them again one day.

Nothing wrong but she doesnt have as much time to be on there anymore. Masterofthemysticarts/IroadA, Ninthcentury, Lith and Stannis/wyman/hartigan are still regular messagers. You can join too if you want or any of you regular Arrow users stargazer1682 dazz General Kenobi BexxyJ? I did mention this place to all of them, most recently to Ninth but she can be a little bit shy at first so who knows when she'll be on here. There's another forum I would recommend actually which is an off-shoot to this place, I think you would enjoy it. link

I was not an IMDB user, but I would have had the most fun picking up ladies on Club IMDB after dark because I am a Chad.

Criminal Minds, the Law & Order franchise, a few other tv shows. Individual movies, like Amadeus, The Big Chill, Young Frankenstein, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels... I lurked the Religion Board, because I had a few posters who were friends and religious, and I really didn't want to 'come out' as an atheist. But now on the RFS board, everything is fair game. I can be my Secular Humanist self.

2001 A Space Odyssey: great discussions about the film and various off topic intellectual topics. The Passion of the Christ: The best board to debate theology and atheism. Breaking Bad: entertaining to discuss and debate with the Walt Worshippers. Film General: Great when casual people discussed Art House or cult movies -- Users like DeRidder84 and Eva Yojimbo. Music General: Only Great when users composed best of lists or discussed critiques about genres/artists.
Worst boards would be:
Barack Obama: for obvious reasons Politics: ^^ Any big blockbuster movie that was released (Twilight, Star Wars etc.): Run by the autism squad: neckbeards and alt right permavirgins. Video Games: Harry Dicksucker destroyed the board by making it impossible for new people to stay.

The 2006-2008 Sandbox for sure. It sucks that IMDb neutered it so bad. I stuck around the Soapbox after that until they killed the forums completely but it wasn't the same. Plus I got old.

Politics was a hellish no-man's land. But it was undeniably entertaining. I may have already answered this one, but in retrospect... the Star Wars prequel boards were the most angry vitriolic boards I have ever been on. Followed only by the DC/Marvel movie boards here on IMDB2. I expect the politics board to be divisive, but the SW prequels and DC/Marvel movie boards were something else!

The Star Wars boards. There were upwards of a dozen Ackbar accounts then! Good times.

The Dark Knight board. Batman v Superman Board.
I also loved individual movie boards. I’d like to find fans of a film and talk about something specific with them about it.
There used to be some funny threads.
