Oliver Stone should make it. And he should make it with the same attention to historical accuracy as his other films.

There's so much material to work with particularly with the rampant corruption of him and his whole administration. You can make crime thrillers, horror movies (especially from the point of view of women, minority and LGBT characters) and comedies due to him being an incompetent moron (SNL has really succeeded in this area).
Who needs House of Cards when we have it playing right before us in real life?
