So Ned brings an explosive device into the Washington Monument and causes the elevator to be destroyed. Spider-Man breaks into the Washington Monument and saves Liz.
No way Capitol Police just let Ned and Spider-Man walk out of the Washington Monument without detaining them for questioning. Unless Spider-Man beat up all the Capitol Police in the Washington Monument. So how many police officers did Spider-Man beat up?

How do you they didn't question Ned? Also, I'm sure Spider-Man is more than capable of getting away from the police.

I don't even remember any police, but I guess the plush benefit of wearing a costume is nobody knows your real identity so they could look for Spiderman but they'll probably never find Peter Parker.

How do you they didn't question Ned? Because if they questioned Ned, they would've held Ned until he gave up Peter as the guy who gave him the explosive device that blew up the elevator. I'm sure Spider-Man is more than capable of getting away from the police. Yes, Spider-Man can easily beat up the Capitol Police. That's my question (before it got changed for no reason at all): How many police officers did Spider-Man beat up in order to get away from the Capitol Police?

They didn't have to look for Spider-Man. He was inside the Washington Monument. And there's no way the Capitol Police would've just let him and Ned walk out of the Washington Monument without detaining them for questioning. Unless Spider-Man beat up the Capitol Police. Which leads me to my question: How many police officers did Spider-Man beat up in order to get out of the Washington Monument?

Yeah let's cool it with the insults. I don't care what fanboys say, Arnold as Mr Freeze was a brilliant casting decision!

How many times did the OP watch the movie before he came up with this "brilliant" strategy to attack and destroy the film and eventually the MCU itself?

So according to DC-Fan the ONLY way Spider-Man could evade police is by beating them up, Spider-Man the guy with superhuman powers and abilities that exceed that of Captain America in terms of pure physical ability, who also has web shooters a harmless method in neutralising attackers, chasers or runners, and who in this movie has an advanced AI in his suit that can pin point optimal escape paths...what a melt.
Also do they know Ned had the device? even if they did he can LIE and say he just found it, he's a high school student who himself almost got killed by the thing going off, plus the police wouldn't be able to question him without a parent or guardian present, meaning they would need to come ot DC, if that happened Ned would be grounded and dragged home by his earlobes for being a pain, since this is not mentioned or alluded to seems clear they didn't feel the need to question Ned, so no need for him to escape questioning.
DC-Fan pick yah game up son, this shit is weak as fuck.

They were inside the Washington Monument. There was no exit he could take without Capitol Police guarding the exit. So he would've had to beat up the Capitol Police in order to get out. My question is how many police officers did Spider-Man beat up to get himself and Ned out of the Washington Monument without being detained for questioning by the Capitol Police. do they know Ned had the device? even if they did he can LIE and say he just found it The elevator has a camera. he's a high school student who himself almost got killed by the thing going off He could've been on a suicide mission. The 2 high school students who shot and killed several students at Columbine High School also killed themselves. Ned would be grounded and dragged home by his earlobes for being a pain, since this is not mentioned or alluded to seems clear they didn't feel the need to question Ned, so no need for him to escape questioning. It's not mentioned because MCU Dictator Kevin Feige was too dumb to think about it. Someone brings an explosive device into the Washington Monument and destroys the elevator, yet the Capitol Police don't even detain him for questioning? That's just awful writing!
