The elements are here for a successful superhero team up movie (decent cast, Joss Whedon) but gets saddled down with a villain you'll forget in about 10 seconds, terrible CGI, and a schizophrenic tone. Also, for a movie that cost upwards of $300 million, I'm left wondering where all that money actually went as it still looks downright cheap at times. In under two hours, we also have to introduce Flash, Aquaman, and Cyborg. Naturally, this all feels a bit rushed. Superman's return doesn't amount to much, either. Thankfully, Mr. deus ex machine shows up when all hope is lost. With the DECU currently lacking a Batman and Superman, Justice League Part II seems unlikely. The film is most successful with some of its character beats, i.e. Aquaman confessing his feelings before the battle or most of Ezra Miller's lines.

One of my favorite Honest Trailers. There is not much I like about this movie. Besides what is already said in the Honest trailer, I am not a fan of Jason Momoa as Aquaman and I hate the goth/biker look and Ezra Miller looks like an idiot as The Flash. This is fucking Aquaman and his costume is iconic.

Ironically Warner Brothers didn’t want to spend $300 million for Justice League: Mortal (ya know, the one that was gonna be directed by George fucking Miller).

It is pretty cheap looking given that it has the 1.85 aspect ratio. I still enjoy it but it could’ve been better.

The only seconds (not moments, seconds) worth a damn are when Wonder Woman's onscreen. Aside from that, it's literally a dog's hair better than Batman v Superman Dawn of Justice.

The biggest problem? Not enough Amy Adams.

Gonna have to research this on Google. It's a fascinating behind-the-scenes story. Ironically, for all the fan casting of Armie Hammer as Batman, he was actually cast as Batman for that film. Except he was only nineteen at the time. Here's one video about it.
