for most in the U.S, you wont see Shorts or Flip Flops till around late March or late April. but down here in Alabama folks have already broke out in Short & Flip Flops as the weather has been near 70 and 80 for the past two-three weeks …….yes you read that right near 70 and 80 in February

1. I Don't wear fuckin' flops in the first place
2. even if I did, It's 19 degrees at 1:22 AM in Pennsylvania and under 40 during the day. too cold

I'm in Los Angeles. It's colder than fuck here, has been for weeks. It barely reaches 60 in the afternoon and dips down to the 30's and 40's at night. You might know we often have 80's here in the middle of winter. Strange weather, I haven't seen a winter like this in years.
But of course it's Cali, so I still see fools wearing tank tops and shorts in 50 degree weather.

Here in New Orleans and most of the deep south we have such mild winters that shorts & flip-flops are always in play.
