From your list … all after Crumbs. Those will break down rapidly or be eaten by birds.
Grape stems and banana skins will sit there being unsightly before disappearing on their own and how many people are going to pick up someone else's grape stems and bananan peels ?
Cups /wrappers, cigarette butts …. in the litter basket or take it home !

Adding to BATouttaheck's post: Animals will eat cigarette butts and can get addicted to the nicotine.

Banana Peel. I'm ok with with Grape stems, it's a fine line, but that's where I draw it. Banana peels are disgusting and need to be properly disposed of.

Inorganics. Unless it's indoors of course. Papers & plastics don't belong outside littered cuz fcuk you. Apple cores & whatnot, sure, unless someone's private yard.

If it’s biodegradable I don’t consider it littering. It’s be nice if it wasn’t right in the middle of the walkway tho.
