My markers: -When Brady has 2 losing seasons in a row. -When Belecheck, that other guy who's play predicter wizard no one ever talks about, and Brady all leave (Brady retiring and becoming a coach for the Pats isn't leaving in my book). Even when those things happen, it might still continue on to a lesser degree if the spirit of the corps and the practices continue. Part of what makes the Pats so dominant is how they play with the passion of college players and not paycheck pro players. If they continue to practice as hard as they, that conditioning really helped wear down Atlanta and its what may our O line have some decent success in the last quarter of SB53. I'm assuming Ernie Adams leaves with Belichick. When Brady and BB both leave, the dynasty is officially dead. 'The Patriot Way' is a product of these two men more than anyone else. It's highly unlikely a coach and QB combination like that falls into place twice.

As soon as their luck runs out. Dee Ford keeps his foot onside, Tom Brady throws his 3rd interception, game over. Patriots lose. Dee Ford isn't off sides, less pressure on Brady and he completes the pass, Patriots still win.

Brady just threw a high pass, which his receiver tipped in the air and resulted in the INT.

Brady just threw a high pass, which his receiver tipped in the air and resulted in the INT. There absolutely was pressure on that play, ironically not by Ford. Either way the play was negated by a bonehead decision by Ford. Brady sure is lucky he made more plays than the other team that day. Funny how that keeps happening.

Yes, that's the point. There was no pressure by Ford. Ford being in the neutral zone had no impact on the play. That sometimes happens where penalties have no impact on the play. For example, in Super Bowl LII, the Pats were punting on 4th down and 2 Giants receivers were trying to run off the field before the snap but were about 1 yard from the sideline when the ball was snapped. After the punt, Belichick threw the challenge flag and the Giants were penalized for too many men on the field, resulting in a 5-yard penalty against the Giants which was enough to give the Pats a 1st down. Even though the Giants committed the penalty, the penalty had no impact on the play since the 2 Giants players were 1 yard from the sideline with their back to the play and trying to get off the field and never made any contact with any player on the field. Likewise, Ford being in the neutral zone didn't impact the play at all. Brady just threw a high pass, which his receiver tipped in the air and resulted in the INT. So just like KKB, you've been owned! Moreover, Pats fans have claimed for years that SpyGate had no impact on their wins. Well, Ford being in the neutral zone had no impact on Brady throwing the INT, but the refs basically reversed a Chiefs playoff win over the Pats for an infraction that had no impact. So even if SpyGate had no impact as Pats claim (which is false), the Pats' titles are still tainted by cheating.

You followed me to another board and continued babbling about the Patriots (which I ignored), but you still haven't replied to the other thread we had going right here on the sports board.

I'm not convinced he isn't a vampire. If Brady is here, anything is possible.

You failed to factor in the Butterfly Effect - when one small change makes a big difference elsewhere. You eliminate the offsides player ... there is no need to double team him ... Brady isn't momentarily distracted, checking to make sure the offsides player is being dealt with ... the play unfolds differently ... and he easily completes a pass he normally can do in his sleep. Patriots still win. Brady still gets #6 DC-Fan still craps himself. Ownage ... has been returned ... to sender!

The Pats dynasty will not officially be over until both Brady and Belichick are gone IMO, or if they have a losing season with 1 or both of them there. It’s been said several times over the years that the Pats dynasty is over and the Pats have proven them wrong every time.

For me, I think the mission is complete. 6 titles matches Michael Jordan's, which has become the platinum modern standard for team sports. I think they'll win 10 games once again in 2019, I just don't think Brady & Belichick together ever get back to the SB. It's fine because there's no stone left unturned already. As a Patriots fan, I'm actually looking forward to the Josh regime, to see how he & a new QB manage expectations.
