He'd have to work those pythons but Hulk wasn't about a distinctive look and was more about a distinctive style. An actor could be a decent Hulk even if they didn't look much like him, so long as they acted like him. He was all persona but he looked like the guy that fixes your sink. It's not super important to have fidelity in appearance. Just paste on a goofy white mustache.
I doubt Hemsworth has the range to pull it off, though.

Well, it's only Netflix so I guess it doesn't really matter. They should use prosthetics for the nose and chin, though.

Hemsworth might be able to tap into what was fun about Hulk Hogan's character but I don't know about him portraying his real side in any dramatic moments. Too bad Mickey Rourke is too old and already did a movie about a wrestler.

So Big Show is playing Andre the Giant? Who's going to play Vince McMahon, the Iron Sheik, and Mr. T?

Joaquin Pheonix at 5 8 played a convincing 6 2 Johnny Cash because he was matched with a proportionately shorter Reese Witherspoon.
Match him up with proportionately shorter supporting actors and/or use other techniques to make them look taller. Look how short 6 1 John Rhys-Davies looks in Fellowship of the Ring next to 5 11 Orlando Bloom.

Michael Caine said he noticed his younger male co-stars were getting shorter and shorter.

Height's not that big of a deal, there's ways around that (lifts, box, filming from certain angles), Tom Cruise has pretty much made an entire career from doing this.

Guess they will need to use Hollywood "magic" makeup and forced perspective filming. I didn't think that Rami Malik looked like Freddie Mercury when he was cast for "Bohemian Rhapsody" but they pulled that off somewhat.
