Can't he just be content with that Sideshow Bob gig?

I wouldn't want to see it. It's a great show, but it overstayed its welcome. Should have ended around Season 8. It ended well enough so let's just leave it alone.

Frasier is my favourite sitcom of all time, so if it happens I will certainly watch it, but I am not sure I want it to happen. I would be afraid that it wouldn't hold up to the original run.

I say, why not? If they want to do it and the idea(s) are there I say go for it.

Maybe they should do Frasier: 20 Minutes into the Future.

Frasier was perfectly suited to the era (1993-2003) it was televised in . A sitcom about a tough retired cop , and his 2 psychologist sons with their pretensions to be social hosts in their city , and their lives and loves . It was a witty show which was extremely warm and inviting to watch . But I think this sequel series with the original team might be like visiting The Golden Girls or Hot in Cleveland , although both those shows were classy in their own right , but really for older viewers . All the actors in Frasier are good actors and can still hold their own on screen , but I'm so unsure about this . They would have to already have some good stories up their sleeve , or it would be more of a reunion limited show . I think Frasier was great for it's day but that's gone . Unless they bring in Fran Drescher , or Frasier ends up in a ménage à trois with Roz and Ronee ?!
